In Smart Monitoring, WebWork AI analyzes member data and highlights performance areas that require attention.
It categorizes performance according to the following types:

To view the details for each member's analysis, click the eye icon on the right.
The details will show why exactly attention is needed in this member's performance.
For a quick glance, use the Short Summary column. It summarizes the details into one phrase so you don't have to read the details.
Receive Emails and Notifications with Smart Monitoring Analysis
You can select to receive emails or notifications with your preferred type of smart monitoring data.
- In the Smart Monitoring page, go to Configuration
- Check the boxes for those types of analyses that you want to receive either as an email or a notification
