How to use WebWork AI?
As a chat
You can use WebWork AI as a chat by opening it from the sidebar. Ask it any questions you want about your workspace members, performance, projects, and anything else you want a quick answer about.
Along with questions, you can also ask WebWork AI to create projects, tasks, and standups.
As an autonomous assistant
You can set up WebWork AI to send you automated emails with workspace data analysis and when certain events are triggered.
- Triggered events like project time and budget overrun
- Periodic reviews like top members who used non-productive apps
- Chat automations like reports sent to Slack or WebWork Chat channels, birthday and holiday messages
- Creation of projects, tasks, and standups
To set up these autonomous actions, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > WebWork AI > Events, Periodic Reviews, and Chat Automations

What are credits & how do they work?
On each plan, you get a number of credits that equals a message to WebWork AI or an action it takes.
Note that the total number of credits is given to the whole workspace and not an individual.
- Pro Plan: 10 credits per month
- Plus Plan: 25 credits per month
- Premium Plan: 50 credits per month
You can also buy additional credits at $5 per 100 credits from Settings > WebWork AI > Credits.
The monthly credits renew every month to the starting amount (10, 25, or 50) for the entire workspace based on the subscription plan.
Additionally bought credits do not expire and can be used anytime until consumed.
Permissions Settings
You (the Workspace Owner) are in control of who can access and use WebWork AI in your workspace. To give members permission to do so, go to Settings > WebWork AI > Permissions.
