WebWork AI Settings
To view WebWork AI Settings go to Settings > WebWork AI
Credits Tab
Here, you can see how many credits you currently have available and easily purchase additional ones if needed.
On each plan, you get a number of credits that equals a message to WebWork AI or an action it takes.
The total number of credits is given to the whole workspace and not an individual.
- Pro Plan: 10 credits per month
- Plus Plan: 25 credits per month
- Premium Plan: 50 credits per month
You can also buy additional credits at $5 per 100 credits. These purchased credits do not expire.
Permissions Tab
In this tab, you can manage who has access to WebWork AI.
You can grant access to the following roles:
-
Executive Manager
-
Team Manager
-
Project Manager
This allows you to control which team members can use WebWork AI features within your workspace.
Events Tab
The Events Tab allows you to set up trigger events that will automatically send you a summary email whenever certain conditions are met. This helps you stay informed about important project and task milestones without needing to check manually.
You can configure the following events:
-
Project Time Overrun – Triggered when the hours worked on a project exceed the estimated time.
-
Project Budget Overrun – Triggered when the amount spent on a project goes beyond the estimated budget.
-
Task Time Overrun – Triggered when the hours tracked on a task exceed the estimated time.
-
Task Budget Overrun – Triggered when the amount spent on a task exceeds the estimated budget.
When an event occurs, the AI will analyze the data and send you an email. Please note, this will consume your AI credits.
By setting these triggers, you can monitor progress more effectively and address potential issues before they become bigger challenges.
Periodic Reviews
The Periodic Reviews feature allows you to receive regular reports based on the data you choose, helping you stay updated on your team’s performance.
From this section, you can:
-
Set the frequency – Choose whether you’d like to receive the report daily or weekly, and specify the exact time for delivery.
-
Select the metrics – Decide which insights you want included in the report. Available options include:
-
Top 5 members with the most tracked time
-
Top 5 members who used non-productive apps
-
Top 5 members with the highest activity level
-
Top 5 members with the lowest activity level
-
Top 5 members with missed task deadlines
-

Chat Automations Tab
From this section, you can enable different automated messages that will be sent directly to WebWork Chat or Slack (if the integration is enabled). These messages help keep your team informed and engaged without requiring manual updates.

-
For these messages to appear, members need to have their personal information filled out in their profile.

Once enabled, you can choose the channel where the message will be posted and set the time of delivery.
Reports
You can also enable automated reports, sent either daily or weekly.
-
As with birthday messages, you can select the channel and the time for delivery.
