How to Use Our Public API

Our public API allows you to access and integrate data from our platform into your applications.

To access the API, you will need the following:

  • The Workspace Owner's login information (email address)
  • The token generated by the Workspace Owner in Profile Settings>API

Once you have the workspace owner’s email address and the generated token, you can use these credentials to access the API and receive the data you need.

Requesting Additional Data

Our API is designed to be flexible and expandable. If you need data that isn’t currently available through our public API, we can add it for you. Here’s how to request additional data:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team via email or through the support portal on our website. Provide details about the data you need and how you intend to use it.
  2. Specify Requirements: Be as specific as possible about the data requirements. Include details such as the data fields, format, and the purpose for which you need this data.
  3. Implementation: Our development team will review your request. If feasible, we will add the requested data to the public API and notify you once it’s available.

Custom API is accessible only to users on our Premium plan.
