The Payoneer integration lets you export your team’s earned amounts from WebWork as a file in Payoneer Mass Payouts format. You upload that file to Payoneer and send the payments from there.
This integration works through file export only. WebWork doesn’t connect to your Payoneer account, sync data with it, or send payments to it.
You can use the Payoneer export on the Plus and Premium plans, where payroll is included. Pro plan users can add it through the Payments & Payroll Add-On for $1.5 per user/mo.
Before you start
You’ll need:
- A Payoneer business account
- A Payoneer ID for every member you plan to pay through Payoneer
- Hourly rates for these members. WebWork calculates each member’s earned amount from these rates and their tracked time. Rates can be set for members, projects, or contracts.
Step 1: Set Payoneer as the payment method
- Go to Finances > Manage Payroll
- Find the member you want to pay through Payoneer
- Under Pay Through, select Payoneer Mass Payouts
- Select their Pay Period

Do this for every member who should be paid through Payoneer.
Payment methods are assigned member by member. This means you can pay part of your team through Payoneer and the rest through PayPal, Wise, Gusto, or another method. For details on each payroll setting, see How to set up and manage payroll.
Step 2: Export the Payoneer file
There are two places in WebWork where you can export the file:
| Export from | Best for |
|---|---|
| Reports > Rates & Amounts > Export tab | Paying members for the hours they tracked within a date range |
| Finances > Payments | Paying invoices already in WebWork, or exporting a one-off payment |
Export from the Rates and Amounts report
- Go to Reports > Rates and Amounts
- Open the Export tab
- Select the date range
- Use the Members, Projects, and Export Format filters to choose what to include
- In the Export Format column, check that Payoneer Mass Payouts is selected for each member you pay through Payoneer
- In the Payoneer Id column, enter each member’s Payoneer ID
- Click Export
The export downloads as a zip file. Your Payoneer data is in export-payoneer.csv, and any members set to other formats, such as Wise or Gusto, have their own files in the same zip.
To learn more about this report, read Rates and Amounts Report.

Export from Payments
To export existing invoices:
- Go to Finances > Payments
- In the payment method filter at the top left, select Payoneer
- To export all invoices that match the filter, click Export at the top right.
To create a new payment and export it:
- Go to Finances > Payments > Create payment
- Switch Payment System to Export Method and select Payoneer
- In Send to, select the member
- Enter the Amount without fee
- Add a Note if needed
- Click Export

You can read more about payments and invoices in How to pay your team on WebWork.
Step 3: Upload the file to Payoneer
Payoneer’s Batch payment feature lets you send all the payments in the file at once:
- In Payoneer, go to Pay > Batch payment
- Upload the file you exported from WebWork
- Review the results. Remove any payments Payoneer flags, or click Change file to upload a corrected file
- Choose who pays the fee, then click Proceed
- Select the bank account to pay from, confirm the account number, and click Pay
Note: Payoneer’s Batch payment is currently available only to businesses located in the United States. Payments are sent in USD, each batch can include up to 500 payments, and your recipients need Payoneer accounts.
