PayPal Integration

By integrating PayPal with WebWork, you can pay team members directly from WebWork. 

For this integration to work, you need to have a PayPal business account and enable the Payouts feature on it. Use this link to do it. Or log in to your account, navigate to Pay & Get Paid>Payouts to confirm product activation.

If you don't yet have access, the system will request account details (for account verification) and about the purpose of the payouts. Once you provide the details, access will be granted automatically. If your account is already verified (as most are), the process can be completed in under a minute.

Here is how to connect PayPal and make payments through it:

Step 1

To be able to pay with PayPal, you need to connect your PayPal business account with WebWork first. 

Go to Settings>Finances>Connect with PayPal

Note that without connecting your accounts you will not be able to make a payment. 

Right now, only the Workspace Owner can make payments. The Executives can as well, however, the payment will be sent from the Owner's account. 

Step 2

To make a payment, go to Finances>Payments>Make Payment

Select PayPal, the member you want to pay and enter the amount

Step 3 

If you haven't connected PayPal, you will be taken to the page where you can connect it. 

If you have connected it and if the person receiving the payment has a PayPal account with the same email, they will receive the payment.

If the person receiving the payment does not have a PayPal account with the same email address they used for WebWork, you will get refunded.

Now that you have made the payment, you can monitor the status and make sure it is completed.
