Payroll Setup and Management is available on Plus and Premium plans. On Pro plan, you can get it as part of the Payments & Payroll Add-On with $1.5 per user/mo.
To set up and manage payroll go to Finances > Manage Payroll in the sidebar.
If you are planning to make payments either directly through WebWork or outside of it, integrate with the supported financial integrations like Card, PayPal, Deel, Remote, Bitwage, and Xero.
To set up the payroll details for each member, fill out the following fields:
- Hourly Rate
The hourly rate you set here will be used in timesheet calculation. Even if you select Fixed Payment for this member, you can still set an hourly rate for them which will be used on projects that are hourly-based or when billing customers outside of your workspace.
- Access to Finances
Enabling Access to Finances allows the member to see the rates of their and other workspace members based on their member type permissions. For Employee member types, it allows them to see only their own rate.
- Payroll Type
There are two types of payroll to select from: Timesheet Approval and Fixed Salary. Selecting each determines how you plan to pay this member. When selecting Fixed Salary, you will be required to enter the amount and frequency.

- Payroll systems like Deel and Xero
- Export the file and pay through Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, and Gusto
- Pay Period
Select the pay period between Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Twice a Month, Monthly, and Custom
- Started at
If you want to see only those members with selected Payroll Type, check the box next to "Show only with payroll type."
You can also export this information as a CSV or XLS file by clicking Export and the format.
