Only the Workspace Owner and Executive Managers with billing permission can restore suspended workspaces.
For Workspace Owners
If you are the Workspace Owner, go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods > Add or Edit payment method.
You can also give Executive Managers permission to do the same by going to Members > Select Executive Manager > Enable Can manage workspace payments & billing.
For Executive Managers
If you are an Executive Manager, you can restore workspace subscription only if the Workspace Owner has given you permission to do so. If you have permission and want to restore the subscription, go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods > Add or Edit payment method.
