How does refund work?

To get a refund, you need to follow the requirements of our refund policy. 

Refund Policy

  • You can ask for a refund of the monthly fee within 15 days after you've paid for a monthly subscription. For a yearly subscription, you can request a refund of the yearly fee within 30 days of payment.
  • If you've added a balance to your account, you can request a refund of this unused balance within 30 days of adding it.
  • When you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription for a certain number of seats, then delete/remove a member from your workspace, the seat remains vacant so and you will not be refunded for it. You can add a new member to the vacant seat.

To get a refund, make sure you (Workspace Owner) follow the requirements of our support policy and contact our support here or create a support ticket from your workspace.
