How to cancel your subscription?
You can cancel your WebWork subscription in two ways:
- Delete attached cards and payment methods
- Contact our support to cancel your subscription
Deleting Attached Cards and Payment Methods
- Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
- Delete all attached cards and payment methods
- Confirm cancelation in the deletion pop-up
Contact Support to Cancel Your Subscription
You can reach out to our support and we will cancel your subscription on your behalf.
Note
- Make sure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- You will still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
