How to cancel your subscription?

You can cancel your WebWork subscription in two ways:

  1. Delete attached cards and payment methods
  2. Contact our support to cancel your subscription

Deleting Attached Cards and Payment Methods

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Delete all attached cards and payment methods 
  3. Confirm cancelation in the deletion pop-up

Contact Support to Cancel Your Subscription

You can reach out to our support and we will cancel your subscription on your behalf. 

Note

  • Make sure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
  • You will still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
