How to Cancel Your Subscription
Delete All Payment Methods
- Navigate to Account Settings: Log into your WebWork Tracker account and go to the Settings section.
- Go to the Billing Section: Within settings, locate the Billing section where your payment methods are listed.
- Remove Payment Methods: Delete all attached cards and payment methods. This action ensures that no further payments will be processed.
- Confirm Cancellation: After deleting the last payment method, a confirmation pop-up will appear. This pop-up will ask you to confirm your decision to cancel the subscription.
Important Considerations
- Timing is Crucial: Make sure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Check your billing cycle dates and plan accordingly.
- Continued Access: You still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. Ensure you utilize any remaining services before your access is terminated.
