Which tracker version to download on Windows?

Installing the correct tracker version for your Windows is essential for optimal performance and compatibility. Using the wrong version can lead to issues like incompatibility, performance issues, and errors.

Therefore, you should first identify your current Windows version. To do so, follow these steps:

Go to Settings (or press Windows + I to open it)
Go to System > About
See your version under System Type (either 64 or 32-bit)

Once you know your current Windows version, download the right .exe file from the Download page here:

When relaunch as admin?

Relaunch the tracker as an administrator in the following cases:

If activity isn’t recorded.
If you’re engaged in work but receive an idle notification.

If you're using the latest version, try relaunching WebWork Tracker as an administrator. With this step, the PC will prioritize the app and let it work as it’s supposed to.

In system tray icons, click on the app > Relaunch as Admin
