Workspace Suspension and Deletion Due to Non-Payment

1. Workspace suspension

If payment is not made, your workspace will be suspended. This means:

  • Loss of access: You will still be able to see the previous data, but you won't be able to access features or perform any actions.
  • Service interruption: You won’t be able to track time (start buttons won’t be active), manage projects, or use any of the features.

2. Automatic deletion

If no payment is made within 6 months of suspension, your workspace will be automatically deleted. This means:

  • Permanent deletion: Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • Irreversible action: Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Three days before permanent deletion you will receive an email informing you about the planned deletion.
