What is Attendance Report for?
The Attendance Report is designed to automate the attendance monitoring process and to show the start and end of your employees' working hours in a well-structured format.
To start using this report, the first thing you need to do is set up the necessary settings and then start monitoring by filtering the required data from the Attendance page.
Attendance settings
The instructions for attendance settings differ depending on the plan you are using.
Attendance settings for Pro and Legacy plans
These plans can have a single attendance schedule for all workspace members, including a uniform start time, end time, and workday duration.
Navigate to Settings >> Attendance and set up working days, daily work duration, start time, end time, allowed deviation from schedule, etc.
Attendance settings for Plus and Premium plans
In contrast, Plus and Premium plan users can have multiple attendance schedules. You can start with setting up up shifts, by follow this link.
Then navigating to Settings >> Attendance and set up allowed deviation from schedule, etc.
Attendance filters
After adjusting the settings, go to the Reports >> Attendance page to start monitoring.
Users can create customized reports by selecting the necessary columns.
Attendance report provides data about Start, End, Shift, etc.
WebWork offers a wide range of advanced filters for creating custom reports. The Attendance report can be generated for a daily or custom period, for various categories such as Late Coming, Early Leaving, etc.
Late coming and early leavings will be highlighted in red if the member has started/stopped tracking later/sooner than Allowed Deviation from the start. If a member arrives late, they can indicate the reason for their lateness in a special pop-up window by selecting one of the suggested options or by entering their reason and it will be reflected in the attendance report.
The end-time of the members who are still actively tracking their time will be highlighted in green.
When the member will be marked as absent?
If the member is not on leave, the current day is not marked as a holiday on the Holidays page, then they are marked as absent if not tracking.
But if the member is on a leave the special status appears indicating this.
