Referral Program

The Referral Program allows WebWork users to earn balance by inviting other workspaces to join the platform. Unlike the Affiliate Program, which is designed for external partners and marketers, the Referral Program is built for existing WebWork users who want to benefit from sharing the product with their network:

How It Works

When you refer a new workspace to WebWork and they start a paid subscription, you automatically receive a percentage of their payment as balance in your account. More specifically you earn 20% of each referred workspace’s payments for 12 months after they join. Moreover, the referred workspace saves 10% off their subscription during the first three months.

There are three steps to join your referral program:

  1. Get your link – Activate the program and receive your unique referral link
  2. Share & Earn – Send your link to other teams — share it anywhere
  3. Collect Rewards – Earnings are added to your WebWork Balance automatically

Why join this program? There are certain benefits, the program gives the user:

  • Use Balance on Invoices – Apply your referral earnings directly to offset future WebWork invoices
  • No Referral Limit – Refer as many workspaces as you want — each one earns you 20% for 12 months
  • Win-Win for Everyone – Referred workspaces get 10% off their first 3 months of subscription
  • Automatic Tracking – Earnings are calculated and credited to your balance automatically

The Onboarding

When you follow the referral program link above, you will be redirected to the relevant window, where you should click on the Join the Referral Program button:

A pop-up appears, which warns you about the program you’re joining, click Activate & Get My Link:

You are now redirected to you new referral dashboard, where you can see the unique link available only to you. Make sure you send this specific link to the team you are referring WebWork so that your balance automatically fills up:

You will also receive your unique link to your email:

Then, you can see different widgets about the analytics and insights, such as how many referrals you have, the available balance amount from the referrals, a graph showing your earnings, etc.
