Xero Integration

The integration with Xero enables you to send invoices to Xero directly from WebWork. 

To enable the integration, follow these steps:

• Go to Integrations > Xero
• Click Enable

• Allow access in the open window

• Authorize the workspace by selecting it

Now that you have enabled the integration, you can export WebWork members as Xero contacts.

• Select the members you want to export to Xero as contacts
• Click Export

Sending Invoices to Xero

You can send both external and internal invoices to Xero.

Internal Invoice

When you select to bill your workspace when creating an invoice, the Workspace Owner or Executive Managers can then send the invoice to Xero.

External Invoice

When you select to bill a customer when creating an invoice, select Send to Xero from Save & Share.

Sent invoices can be found in Xero>Bills To Pay
