What are Work-Life Balance reminders?
These are reminders that you can turn on to get during work or after work. They are aimed at helping you have a healthy work routine and not forget about personal life.
How to enable Work-Life Balance reminders?
Every member should enable their own reminders.
- Go to Settings > Reminders
- Click the reminders you want to enable
- Click Save changes
First Group of Reminders
What reminders would you like to get during work?
These are reminders aimed at improving and maintaining a healthy body, especially if you spend long hours in front of the computer.
When will I get the reminders from the first group?
The Workspace Owner must first set up the limit of active work without rest in Settings>Work-Life Balance.
Let's say the Owner sets the limit of active work without rest to be 2 hours.
Then you will receive the enabled reminders of the first group every time you work for 2 hours without rest.
Second Group of Reminders
What reminders would you like to get about your personal life?
These are reminders that aim to ensure you don't forget about your personal life while you are at work.
When will I get the reminders about personal life?
The Workspace Owner must first set up the following configurations in Settings>Work-Life Balance:
- Set the range of healthy work hours
- Set the latest acceptable working hour
- Set the daily limit of working hours outside of schedule
Let's say the Owner sets 7-9 hours for the range of healthy hours, 9 PM for the latest acceptable working hour, and 4 hours as the daily limit.
If you work more than these numbers of hours, you will get these reminders in no particular order.
