Why are screenshots displaying a white screen or not displaying correctly?

If screenshots are displayeing a white screen or not displaying at all, there might be a couple of reasons behind it.

• If a screenshot is white with Extension written on it, it means the extension time tracker was used during that period
• If a screenshot is white with Web written on it, it means the web time tracker was used during that period
• If there are no screenshots or they are black it might be due to disabled permissions on Linux and Mac
