Why don’t I have Shifts in my workspace?

The Shifts feature is available on Plus and Premium plans. Once you upgrade from Pro, Shifts will appear in your dashboard sidebar.

If you are on Plus and Premium and still do not see Shifts, ensure it is enabled in Settings>Features.

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner for Settings.
2. Go to the Features section of the settings page.
3. Make sure the Shifts feature is highlighted in purple, meaning it’s enabled.

If it isn’t enabled, click on it and Save changes.
