Timesheet Settings
On Timesheet Settings, you can set up the following configurations:
- Who can edit time
Allows selected member types to add, edit, and delete time entries without needing approval. Member types that are not selected will need to submit a request for any changes, which must then be approved.
- Who can approve other's time requests
Allows selected member types to approve and reject the time requests of other members.
If all members are given permission to edit time, this setting will not appear.
- Require description when adding or editing time
When enabled, members will have to write description when adding or editing time.
- Who can approve timesheets?
Allows selected member types to approve and reject the timesheets of other members.
- Automatically submit timesheets for approval
When you enable this setting, the timesheets of members who have timesheet approval assigned will be submitted for approval automatically, by default 1 day after the pay period ends. You can adjust this number of days based on your preference.
- Automatically approve submitted timesheets
When enabled, submitted timesheets will be approved automatically and will not require manual review.
