Sidebar

The sidebar is where you select what pages to see. It has dedicated sections for your favorite pages, performance analyses, and management. 

Let's go through each section individually.

• The top left icon lets you open and close the sidebar
• The search field allows you to search for and find pages faster
• Under Favorites, you have the pages that you mark as Favorite with the Star icon next to each page
• Dashboard is where you see the overall performance analyses of your workspace members

• Timesheets contains pages related to timesheet tracking, approving, editing, time requests, time editing, and time edit log

• The Analyze section contains the following pages:
  
  • Real Time
    for tracking employee time and work process at the moment
  • WebWork AI which can answer all your questions about employee performance, tracked time, and give you tips on how to use WebWork
  • Reports
    which contain detailed insights into each workspace member's performance, such as tracked time, visited apps & websites, productivity levels, and more
  • Monitoring where you can see the screenshots of member devices during work, daily activity report of each member, GPS tracking, and unusual and smart monitoring insights
  • Productivity where you can watch out for burnout risks, monitor work-life balance, productivity insights, and label apps and websites on a productivity scale

• The Manage section includes the following pages:
  • People where you can view and manage everything member related
  • Projects where you can create, assign, and manage projects
  • Tasks where you can create, assign, and manage tasks
  • Finances where you can manage payroll, make payments, create and send invoices, and manage expense tracking
  • Time off for member leave and holiday management
  • Shifts for creating and assigning shifts to workspace members
• The Other section includes the following pages:
  • Communication where you will find Chat and Video Meetings for built-in communication with your team
  • Tools for standups and announcements across your workspace
  • Integrations where you can explore and enable integrations with the tools you want to use with your workspace
