With Real-Time Monitoring, you can see the current status of members, what platforms they are on, what tracker they are using, along with the project and task they are tracking on in real time.
To view real-time data in your workspace:
- In your dashboard sidebar, click Real Time
On this page, you can view real-time statistics of each member in your workspace:
- Online and offline statuses
- Current project and task each member is working on
- Type of tracker used by each member
- Members who are absent or on leave
- Productive, neutral, and non-productive members
- Activity description
Note: this page updates constantly as it displays data in real-time
To customize the view of the report, click Columns and enable or disable the columns you need.
To sort the data on the Realtime Monitoring page, simply click on the title of the column of your choice.
Filtering real-time data
The Realtime Monitoring page offers several filtering options:
- Members
- Projects
- Titles
- Statuses
- Productivity labels
