Importing Members and Projects from Notion
Now that you have enabled the integration, you can import members and projects from Notion to WebWork.
The databases imported from Notion will be displayed as projects on WebWork. Similarly, the lines/items in the database will be converted into tasks.
In Notion’s integration settings, you will find three tabs: Members, Projects, and Auto-Sync.
Under the Members tab, you can view all the members from your Notion workspace and can import them into WebWork.- To import members, select the members you wish to add to WebWork and click Import.
You can import members with the same email addresses that they use for Notion and WebWork.
- You can also import your Guests in Notion to WebWork and then see them under Peoples —> Members section in WebWork. To do this, you should click on Show with guests button while enabling the integration:

If you want to import the items/lines of the databases as well, enable the task toggle for each project you want to import.
Besides choosing what data to import from Notion, you can also enable auto-sync. This will automatically sync new data from Notion to WebWork in real time immediately.
To do so, turn on Auto-Sync for each Member, Project, and Task.
In the Auto-Sync settings, several options are available for syncing Members, Projects, and Tasks.
- No Sync
- Auto-sync: Databases will be added to WebWork as projects and tasks when created on Notion.
- Auto-sync & auto-remove: Any databases that are removed, updated, or created in Notion will also be removed, updated, or created in WebWork.
