Why are my tracked hours not showing up?

To see your tracked hours correctly, there are two things you need to ensure.

1. Check if you're in the right workspace

Make sure you are tracking time and viewing it in the right workspace. You can see your workspace on both web and desktop trackers.

If you are tracking time on the web tracker, click to your profile and select the right workspace

If you are tracking time on the desktop tracker, click to your profile, hover your mouse over your name and change workspace.

2. Check the project you're tracking on

The second thing to check when not seeing your tracked hours is the project. Make sure you are tracking time on the right project.  

If you are tracking time on the web tracker, click the arrow next to the time on the header and you will see the fields for Project, Task, and Activity Description. Ensure the right project is selected.

    If you are tracking time on the desktop tracker, open it and see if you are tracking time on the right project. To do that, go to the Projects page, select project/task and click the start button next to the selected task.

    When you change the project, the tracked time will change accordingly.
