To create invoices:
- Go to Finances>Invoices from your sidebar and click Create Invoice.
- Select the type of invoice you want to create.
- Fill in the required fields and click Save & share. Note that if you activate the Accept Payment toggle, your invoice will have a Pay button so that the receiver can pay directly from the invoice. For this feature to work on the Pro plan you need to activate the Online Payments add-on in Settings>Finances and create a payment account. Currently, our system supports the Stripe payment system.
Online Payment is available on Plus and Premium plans, however, as mentioned above, you can add it to Pro with an additional fee of $1,5 per user/mo.
4. Select your preferred method and share your invoice.
You can set the due date for paying the invoice in settings.
To set the due date, go to Settings>Finance>Invoices>Invoice Due Date.
