To send the log in the WebWork Tracker application, follow these steps:

Go to the WebWork Tracker desktop app

Access the Function Menu: Function Button: Click on your icon at the application interface. This will display a list of available actions you can take.

Send Log: From the available actions, click on "Send Log". The system will automatically compile and send the log to our technical team for investigation.

Contacting Support: After completing the steps to send the log, reach out to us providing as much detail as possible including screenshots/screenrecord illustrating the matter and the period it happened.
