How to Schedule Reports on WebWork?

 

Available on Plus and Premium plans

WebWork allows you to schedule reports to receive important data to your inbox periodically. To schedule a report:

  • On your dashboard, go to Reports > the report you’d like to schedule
  • Click + Schedule Report in the top-right corner

Note: If there is no Schedule report button, it means that report cannot be scheduled.

In the pop-up window, enter details such as:

  • The email address you’d like the report to be sent to
  • Subject and message of the email
  • The frequency of the report email
  • What time of the day the report will be sent at

After filling in the details, click Save to schedule the report.

The report will be sent to your set email at your set frequency.

Viewing and managing scheduled reports

To view and manage scheduled reports in your workspace:

  • Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports

On this page, you can see all scheduled reports in your workspace, including details like:

  • Report type
  • Frequency
  • Status

You can perform three actions on a scheduled report by clicking the three-dot icon on the right of its column:

  • Edit
  • Pause/resume
  • Delete

By pausing a report, it will stop being sent and you can resume it anytime. Still, all of the scheduled report’s details will be saved, allowing you to resume sending it when you wish.

Deleting a report, on the other hand, will permanently stop sending the report and will remove it from your list of scheduled reports.
