Getting Started with the Visible & Silent Tracker
Follow these steps to use the Visible and Silent Tracker efficiently.
1. Sign up > select Visible & Silent Tracker
2. Select how you want members to track time (desktop, browser, manual time logging or mobile time tracking
Visible Tracker
3. After finishing Onboarding, invite members whose tracker is going to be visible
4. After inviting, make sure that invited members download and install the Visible Time Tracker
They can find the tracker by clicking the Download icon in the top right-hand corner and clicking their OS > Visible Tracker
To ensure that invited members are tracking time, go to Members > Onboarding Status and see if there is a check mark under Tracked Time.
Silent Tracker
Note that there is no need to invite members to the Silent Tracker. Follow the installation steps and members will be generated based on devices. You can edit their names later in Members.
5. For members whose tracker should be silent install the silent tracker on company devices. Go to Downloads > Silent Tracker
You can install it by downloading the tracker on company devices, using the Direct Link, or through MDM/AD tools.
Follow the rest of the set-up steps and your workspace is ready!
