The desktop app enables you to track more than time and use all features of WebWork, such as screenshots, timesheets, app & web usage tracking, project and task management, and others.
To get the WebWork Desktop App, go to www.webwork-tracker.com/download-tracker and download the tracker for your OS.

Install the tracker, open it, and start using it.
On the desktop app, you can
- Start and stop the tracker
- Choose the project and task you want to track time on
- Fill in the activity description
- Open the tracker settings and general settings
- Go to the dashboard
- Expand the tracker app for more settings
- Go to chat
In Tracker Settings, you can customize the settings to your preferences.
In the opened window, you will see the quick settings of the tracker.
Choose the theme and change your workspace if necessary.
In General Settings, you can refresh data, check for updates, contact support, and more. With Send Error Log, you can inform us about any errors you encounter when using the tracker.
Expanded Desktop Tracker
To expand the tracker, click on the expand icon next to the close icon.
In the expanded tracker, you can
- View the projects and tasks assigned to you in the workspace where you are tracking time, change their statuses, and add a new task (if enabled by the owner)
- The amount of time tracked, both for each task and overall
- View the tracked time for each project and hourly rate details
- View the working hours and the time zone.
- Change the quick settings based on your preferences
- View screenshots (if the workspace owner has given permission)
