How to set up Deel integration:
1. Log in to WebWork
2. Navigate to Integrations on the Menu
3. Find and select Deel (in Finance)
4. Click on Enable
5. Sign in to Deel (or sign up)
6. Give WebWork the necessary permissions
7. Select the users you want to import from Deel
8. Click on Import
9. Turn on the Timesheet toggle for those users whose timesheets you want to be sent to Deel (note that for timesheets to be activated, users on Deel must be using the contracts Pay as you go or Ongoing)
10. Go to Deel > People > Select member
11. Go to Payments and expenses
12. Scroll down to Invoice Details
13. Approve or Deny timesheets
*In Contracts/Agreements, make sure you turn on the toggle of Client under Who can submit work
New Feature:
- Customizable Weekday for Timesheet Sending: Users can now select a specific weekday (e.g., Wednesday) on which they want the system to send the tracked hours report.
- Reporting Period: The timesheet will cover the hours tracked from the selected day in the previous week to the day before the currently selected day.
Example:
- If you set the system to send timesheets on Wednesday, the report you receive will contain the tracked hours from Wednesday of last week through Tuesday of this week.
