Burnout Risk measurement is part of Productivity Monitoring on WebWork. It detects criteria such as overworked days, irregular hours, lack of breaks, and high activity without pauses.
It shows you the burnout risks of each workspace member with the number of days and times each criteria was detected.
Here is what it detects:
Overworked
Shows the number of days that the member worked for more than 9 hours (daily healthy hours) and the set minimum burnout percentage.
Irregular Hours
Shows the number of days that the member worked outside of schedule for more than 4 hour and the set minimum burnout percentage.
Lack of Breaks
Shows the number of times that the member worked more than 4 hours (active work without rest) and more than 20% (min burnout percentage).
High Activity Without Pauses
Shows the number of times that the member had higher than 60% mouse and keyboard activity and higher than 20% burnout.
How is Burnout Risk calculated?
Burnout Risk is calculated based on Work-Life Balance settings configured by the Workspace Owner or Executive Managers. Note that it shows only members who have exceeded the limits in work-life balance settings.
