Attendance Settings
Depending on your subscription plan, the Pro and Plus/Premium plans offer different options for configuring attendance and work schedules.
Pro Plan
Since the Pro Plan does not include the Shifts feature, you’ll need to set up attendance settings for your entire workspace.

From this section, you can configure:
- Working days – Select the days of the week when your team is expected to work.
- Daily work duration – Define the total number of work hours per day.
- Shift start and end time – Set the official beginning and end of the workday.
Late Arrival & Early Leave Allowance
You can define the grace period for arriving late or leaving early without triggering a status change.
-
Example: If you set a 20-minute grace period after the scheduled start time, the system will mark members as Late once that time has passed. At that point, a pop-up will appear, and whether they are required to provide a reason or not will depend on your settings.
-
Similarly, if someone leaves more than 15 minutes before the scheduled end time, the system will show Early Leaving and display a pop-up. Again, you can decide whether giving a reason is mandatory or optional.
- Tracking Outside of Work Hours
- Decide whether members can track time outside their scheduled working hours.
- Work Start Time Reminders
- Send email reminders to workspace members shortly before the official start of the workday.
- This helps ensure members are on time and aware of their schedule.
With these settings, you can fully customize attendance tracking to match your team’s needs.
Plus and Premium Plans
In the Plus and Premium plans, the Shifts feature is already included. This means you won’t need to manually create shifts.
Instead, the only attendance-related settings you’ll see here are the Attendance Settings, since scheduling is managed directly within the Shifts module.
