Archived members

WebWork allows you to efficiently manage your team, including handling members who are no longer actively part of your workspace. When a member is archived, they are moved to the Archived tab, making it easy to keep your workspace organized without losing important data.

To view and manage archived members:

  1. Navigate to People Members > Archived Tab.

  2. Here, you will see all members who have been archived.

What happens when you archive a member:

  • Archived members lose access to your workspace immediately.

  • All their data, including tracked time and screenshots, remains available for 6 months. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

From the Archived tab, you have two options:

  1. Delete a Member

    • Permanently removes the member from the workspace.

    • All associated data, including tracked time and screenshots, will be permanently deleted.

  2. Restore a Member

    • Restores the member’s access to your workspace.

    • Their data, including tracked time and screenshots, will also be restored.

Archiving members in WebWork ensures that your workspace stays organized while giving you the flexibility to retain or remove data as needed.
