Archived members
WebWork allows you to efficiently manage your team, including handling members who are no longer actively part of your workspace. When a member is archived, they are moved to the Archived tab, making it easy to keep your workspace organized without losing important data.
To view and manage archived members:

Navigate to People > Members > Archived Tab.

Here, you will see all members who have been archived.
What Happens When You Archive a Member

Access: Archived members immediately lose access to your workspace.

Data Retention: All their data, including tracked time, remains available for 6 months. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

Screenshots: Retention depends on your subscription plan:

Pro: 3 months

Plus and Premium: 1 year

Billing: Archived members are not charged, so you can keep them archived without additional costs.
Special Cases:

If a member is archived and owns a workspace that has not been used, suspended workspaces will be deleted after 6 months of inactivity.

If the member is not active in any workspace, their account will be deleted.

If the member was only an invited member, their data will be retained along with the rest of the workspace data.
Managing Archived Members
From the Archived tab, you have three options:

Keep Archived

The member remains inactive, with no access to your workspace.

Data is retained according to retention rules, and you are not billed for archived members.

Restore a Member

Restores the member’s access to your workspace.

Their tracked data and screenshots are also restored.

Delete a Member
-
Permanently removes the member from your workspace.

All associated data, including tracked time and screenshots, is deleted.
