App and Website Usage Report

On App and Website Reports, you can see the apps and websites (including URLs) used by your workspace members, their tracked time on them, member activity levels, and more. 

Viewing app and website usage reports

To view app and website usage reports:

  • In your dashboard sidebar, go to Reports > Apps & Websites

You can see the productivity label for each app, along with the activity level. This is also broken down into mouse, keyboard, and scroll wheel activity. 

To see more data, click Columns and check the categories you want to be displayed.

Advanced app and website usage reports

To view the URLs of apps and websites, along with the Active window title of each, click the Advanced tab.

Advanced App & Website Report is available on Plus and Premium plans.

Let's look at an example:

Active window title: Hubspot Article Editor

App/Website: Hubspot CRM

You can view more information like the number of mouse clicks and keystrokes used on each app/website by enabling the mouse and keyboard from Columns dropdown. 

Sending, scheduling, and exporting reports

Click Schedule, Send, and Export in the top right corner.                                     

                                     

  1. Schedule

    1. You can schedule your reports to be sent to your email with your desired frequency. Simply choose the export file type, then fill in the information for the email and select the frequency.

  2. Send

    1. By clicking on the button Send, a pop-up will appear on your page with two windows. On the first one you will see written By email. By filling in the necessary information, such as the email address, the subject of the email and message text, as well as selecting the convenient file type for export (CSV or XLSX), you will be able to send the report immediately to the person’s email. In the next section you will see the Copy Link text. In this case you can simply share the link which will available even for people who do not have a WebWork account.

  3. Export

    1. With this feature you will be able to download the reports in the format most convenient to you.

                                     

Note, that the Schedule and Send options are available to you of you are a Plus or a Premium member.
