Viewing the Activity Description report
To view the Activity Description report in WebWork:
- In your dashboard, go to Reports > Activity Description
On this page, you can see the activity descriptions your workspace members have entered while tracking time in a specific period. You can also view the type of tracking in the Methods column.
Tip: If you see a lot of “(no description)” entries, you can enable the activity description reminded your workspace members to enter activity descriptions in Settings > Tracker > Configuration.
Switching between hours and amounts
By default, the Activity Description page will show your workspace’s tracked time data for each task. You can also view the amounts earned when tracking each task by clicking Amount on the top-left corner of the page.
Filtering activity description data
The Activity Description page offers several filtering options, including:
- Members
- Projects
- Date
