Account Suspension and Deletion Due to Non-Payment

Managing your subscription payments is crucial to maintaining access to WebWork Tracker. If you decide not to pay your subscription invoices, here’s what will happen:

1. Account Suspension

If payment is not made, your account will be suspended. This means:

  • Loss of Access: You will still be able to see the previous data, but you won't be able to access features or perform any actions.
  • Service Interruption: You won’t be able to track time(start buttons won’t be active), manage projects, or use any of the tools.

2. Automatic Deletion

If no payment is made within 6 months of suspension, your account will be automatically deleted. This entails:

  • Permanent Deletion: Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
  • Irreversible Action: Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Understanding these steps is vital for managing your account effectively. Make timely payments to avoid disruptions and the permanent loss of your data.
